Himalayan Grill | Our Story

Where the Himalayas Meet Flagstaff

Himalayan Grill has been sharing the rare, layered flavors of India, Tibet, and Nepal with Northern Arizona since 2007 — one fragrant dish at a time. Pull up a chair, and we'll take care of the rest.
A Warm Welcome Since 2007

A Warm Welcome Since 2007

We opened on South Milton Road in 2007 with a genuine Namaste and a kitchen full of rare Himalayan flavors. Northern Arizona had never seen anything quite like it.
India, Tibet, and Nepal at One Table

India, Tibet, and Nepal at One Table

Our menu spans tandoori classics from India, steamed momos from Tibet, and chili-bright stir-fries from Nepal — three traditions sharing a table in a way unique to Flagstaff.
Fresh from the Clay Tandoor

Fresh from the Clay Tandoor

Our naan is pulled hot from a traditional clay tandoor — blistered, fragrant, and never waiting under a lamp. Every sauce is scratch-made, every spice blend mixed in-house.
Flagstaff's Himalayan Gathering Place

Flagstaff's Himalayan Gathering Place

NAU students, hiking crews, and families celebrating milestones have all found a home beneath our colorful prayer flags. First-timers linger over a mango lassi — and leave already planning their return.
